Dear girls looking for a room✨From October 1st to January 1st (with some flexibility on dates), a room will become available in our lovely house on the Van Sijsenstraat, due to a roommate leaving for a few months to travel. The room is a cozy 19m2 with a built-in loft bed measuring 140×200 cm. The monthly rent is €410, which includes all utilities such as gas, water, electricity, internet, and waste management. The room comes fully furnished, so you can move in straight away! Situated at the front of the house, this room has its own sink, high ceilings, and large windows that provide plenty of sunlight during the day. You’ll find a couch, freezer, mattress, table and chairs, as well as two cabinets already set up You share the kitchen and refrigerator with just one roommate, and the shower, toilet, and washing machine with the three of you. The house is located in the pleasant Oosterpoort district, about 5 minutes by bike from the station, the city centre, and the UMCG. There is also a Coop supermarket around the corner. You will live with two other girls, both of whom are well into their studies. Everyone likes to do their own thing and there are no fixed house evenings, but you are always welcome to pop into each other’s rooms for a nice chat, coffee or drink!
