The apartment is in a PERFECT location which with or within 5mins walking you can easily reach Holland Spoor and Den haag Centraal. In order to prove that you can use google map searching Spaarnestraat.2. The neiborhood of the apartment is safe and quit which you can take a look by yourself.3. As you can see in the pictures, the room is beautiful, neat and with a luxurious Queen Size Bed with also a super comfortable memory foam mattress (not a cheap one and with a brand new topper on it!) the painting is mine, you can’t have it i am sorry ;(My Requirements:If you are a :Full-time job/studentLegally residing in the NL.Neat, Clean, quiet, easygoing.Have no pets and don’t smoke inside.And:The price is per month(including water, gas, electricity, internet) For ONE personThe minimum rental period is 12 months.With a short introduction (age, what do u do, etc…) of yourself, please!
