Hi everyone,I am 40yo male and I am renting a double room (double bed) in my spacious 75 m2 apartment in Reigersbos in Amsterdam. The apartment that will be shared with me, is nicely located in a quiet & very green area with public transport (Metro 50 & 54, Busses) and Market (supermarkets Jumbo & Vomar, Etos, Kruidvat, Atm etc) only a short walk away. The room is available for one or two people and it is completely furnished.I am looking for respectful, quiet and clean persons (25+ years, working, non-smoker) to rent it for an initial period of 5 months with possibility to extent. Ideally someone working during office hours and not having a night job, so there is a better fit.I will be traveling abroad very often in this period.The rental price is 1400 euros (for 2 people) including utilities (gas, water, electricity, internet, municipality taxes). Note that for electricity and gas there will be a max consumption per month included in the price. I am asking for a security deposit of 2000 euros.
