I am looking for a roommate in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost starting 01/09/2023! ✨Important to know:- Rent: 800€ per person (incl. everything like internet, water, gas, electricity)- Deposit: 1.350€ (+ First month rent by 01/09)- Location: Amsterdam Zuid-Oost (Leusdenhof,)- BSN required + registration possible!- I’m looking for someone longtermMy roommate is moving out as of September 1st and I will become the main tenant. Therefore I am looking for someone new to move in!My name is Sanem, I am 24 and from Germany (originally turkish). I moved to Amsterdam last year for work. I am in love with the city and love to spend a lot of time on the go and with friends. I do sometimes work from home. I want to share the space with someone who does not just want to live together, but also have some dinner once in a while or hang out on the balcony. I’m a super open person, so I dont mind you having friends over as long as you don’t mind me doing the same either.Smoking is not allowed inside, but do whatever you feel like doing on the balcony. The place is located in the South East of Amsterdam, next to the beautiful Gaasperplas lake. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, but not far from the city (especially by bike, but the train station is also just a 5 minute walk from the flat).The toilet and bathroom are separate. The room pictured below will be potentially yours and comes unfurnished.The flat has storage downstairs, which fits two bikes (one of which is mine) and some small stuff. Electricity is available there too, in case you have an e-bikeI am currently in Germany visiting my family over the summer and not in Amsterdam myself. Let’s Facetime to speak to each other.
