The room will be delivered furnished and is ready to be occupied.Wardrobe, bed with electric slatted frame and bedding, flat screen with media player (Ziggo, Disney+, Netflix, PrimeVideo included), lightning, carpeting, curtains, roller screen, folding desk with chair and a minibar (fridge, microwave, kettle, service).The hall, landing, bathroom, toilet and attic space are shared with me and another roommate. In the attic space is a washing machine with detergent, dryer, steam generator, vacuum cleaner, laundry racks, sink and extra storage cupboards available. The use of this is included in the rent.Common areas are professionally cleaned weekly. Fast internet with WiFi network is included.There is no access to a kitchen in the house. Preparing meals has to be done with the minibar.Preference is for a female (exchange) student. End date is flexible but no longer than 1 year is possible.
