The rent for both rooms would be 420 incl.The third room is 7m2 and is furnished with a bed, closet, desk, chair, mirror and sink. The rent would be 320 incl.You would be sharing the toilet and shower with 3 other people and the kitchen with 4 people. There is also a big living room area downstairs with couches, tables and a TV.
